Christmas night!!

Welcome back for issue 4, where has the year gone Christmas is creeping upon us. Public voting for café of the year has closed now, so what happens next, well the judges come through all the regional finalists and find best café in New Zealand. Terra Viva would like to thank all our customers and the community for all your ongoing support.

 

On the 1^st December the Garden Centre have their yearly Christmas night, which involves bubbles on arrival and lots of specials. There will be spot prizes and when you buy an item at the till you pick a ball out of a bag for your discount ranging from 10% to 60% off. This year the café will also be running a Christmas mini market, and taking orders for their café-made festive goodies to put the ‘wow’ into Christmas – stuffing’s, gravies, Cumberland sauce, mince pies, herb butter, pates, stuffed turkeys, meringues etc. Put in an order, take the hassle out of Christmas, and get the last-minute freshest products.

 

 

With summer coming upon us we have decided to bring some new wines and soft drinks to our drinks list, we have Black Estate Rose, Black Estate Pinot Noir, Circuit Pinot Gris and Peregrine Riesling. We are also getting a couple of Fentiman’s drinks, we cannot wait to get the rose lemonade, wild English elderflower and mandarin and seville orange. We are very excited for the revamp of the drinks list with some new yummy wines to accompany our delicious brunch and lunch menu. We have a new summer menu which launched on the 9^th November, my favourite dish is the summer plate which reminds me of a New Zealand Christmas lunch.

Our Christmas retail products are flying off the shelves, if you haven’t already pop in and have a look what we have to offer. Our champagne toppers and gift sauce selections are a must to add to a present if its dad, mum, grandparents we have something to suit everyone. One of my favourites are our Shortbread House shortbread they come in beautiful tins which are a perfect present for a Christmas, birthday or just a gift for a loved one.
