New Cafe Launch

Welcome back for issue 2, firstly let me introduce myself I’m Jess. I have been working at Terra Viva Café and Deli since 2012, I find yummy goodies to put on our shelves alongside Juliet. Over the past month Juliet & I have been up to Auckland for a trade gift fair to find new exciting products to stock our shelves with leading up until Christmas.
A new discovery we found was Uncle Joe’s walnut and hazelnut spread from Blenheim. I am super excited to tell you I have just finished stocking the shelves with this delicious spread. One of my favourite products I am pleased to get in for Christmas is Stewarts stylish tins of shortbread and fudge, they will be arriving mid-October. Stay tuned for Terra Viva’s Christmas product news in October’s issue.
Our renovations at Terra Viva are all complete! We have a whole new counter area together with a new exciting spring menu. Juliet and all the staff are extremely excited about our new look. Don’t forget to have a look at the new recipes added weekly.
Terra Viva currently has a TAG-A-DAD competition running, which is part of Blue September to go in the draw to win an uber size platter donated by the café for 10 people. The winner of the competition will receive the platter on the 22nd October for the boys watching the All Blacks vs Australia 3rd Bledisloe test. To enter just pop on over to Terra Viva Home and Garden’s Facebook page and tag your dad or any deserving guy.
With our brand new look, we are enthusiastic about entering in the New Zealand Café of the year 2017 competition. Terra Viva won best café in Christchurch in 2014/2015, we would love all your help and support to win people's choice this year.
